Impact’s founding members started this company for the sole purpose of “Making an Impact” on the lives of every person they meet. After a long history of being in brokerages that made promises with no follow up, it was time to create a company who walks the walk and talks the talk with regard to communication, training, coaching, and mentoring. We want to epitomize the “family feel good” environment. No agent with Impact Realty will ever feel like “a number” or a dollar sign. We have a STRONG desire to use this company as a tool to touch the lives of many through the real estate services that Impact provides.  Impact Realty Referral Company was added in 2021 as a means to fully complete the circle of making an impact on agents and giving them secondary options for their license and their livelihood. 

At Impact Realty, we encourage a family, faith-based, and fun environment. Our approach is based on the Golden Rule that you “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” We feel agents who chose to work alongside us do so because they fully embrace the notion of the core belief and have a genuine desire to make an impact on every person that they meet. Where associates are encouraged to make an impact in the community, and a company that aims to make an impact on it's agents.
